HRFM.CO পরিষেবা প্রদান করে। HRFM.CO কোনো পণ্য বিক্রি করে না। আমাদের সমস্ত পরিষেবা প্রিপেইড। যেহেতু এখানে কোনো পণ্য নেই, আমরা কোনো পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারি না। যেহেতু HRFM.CO কোনো পণ্য বিক্রি করে না, তাই আমাদের কোনো রিটার্ন নীতি নেই। আমরা (প্রিপেইড) অর্থপ্রদানের সাথে সাথেই আমাদের পরিষেবাগুলি সরবরাহ করি এবং প্রদত্ত পরিষেবাগুলি অবিলম্বে গ্রহণ করা হয় এবং এটি শুধুমাত্র একটি পরিষেবা হিসাবে ফেরত দেওয়ার বিষয় নয়। সুতরাং, আমাদের কোন রিফান্ড নীতি নেই। HRFM.CO নীচের অফেরতযোগ্য ধারাগুলি সম্পর্কে বিবরণ প্রদান করছে-
প্রথমত, কোনো এজেন্সি/কনসালটেন্ট প্রকল্পের বিডিং জিতে যাওয়ার পর, মোট অর্থের ১% কমিশন হিসেবে HRFM-এ জমা দিতে হবে। নিয়োগকারীর আশানুরূপ কাজের মান না হলে অর্থ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
দ্বিতীয়ত, কোনো এজেন্সি/কনসালটেন্ট প্রজেক্ট বিড জিতে যাওয়ার পর, চূড়ান্ত বিডের মোট পরিমাণের ১% কমিশন হিসেবে HRFM-এ জমা দিতে হবে। কমিশন ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
HRFM.CO দুটি উপায়ে পেমেন্ট নেয়। একটি হল এজেন্সি/কনসালটেন্ট কাছ থেকে সাবস্ক্রিপশন ফি। আরেকটি হল এজেন্সি/কনসালটেন্ট/ নিয়োগকর্তাদের কাছ থেকে কমিশন। এই দুটি পেমেন্ট সিস্টেম সেবা প্রদানের জন্য নেওয়া হয়। সম্পূর্ণরূপে অনলাইনে এই পরিষেবা প্রদান করা হয়। এটি একটি ফ্রিল্যান্সিং মার্কেটপ্লেস যেখানে আমরা নিয়োগকর্তা এবং সংস্থা/পরামর্শদাতাদের মধ্যে সেতুবন্ধন হিসেবে কাজ করি। এজেন্সি/কনসালটেন্টদের কাজের গুণমান আমাদের পরিষেবার অন্তর্ভুক্ত নয়। এই দাবি অনুযায়ী, HRFM.CO কোনো টাকা ফেরত দিতে পারবে না।
ডেলিভারী সময়সীমাঃ
যেহেতু HRFM সম্পূর্ণ অনলাইনভিত্তিক সার্ভিস দিচ্ছে সেহেতু পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই এখানে সার্ভিসটি সচল হবে। তবে, যেকোন ধরণের অনাকাক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে সার্ভিসটি সচল হতে সর্বোচ্চ তিন (০৩) কর্মদিবস প্রয়োজন হতে পারে।
পন্য ফেরতঃ
পন্য ফেরত বিষয়টি সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার ও সার্ভিস রিসিভার উভয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার (কনসালটেন্ট / এজেন্সি):
সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার এখানে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে এক বছরের জন্য সার্ভিস প্রদানের সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন। যদি এক বছরে তাঁর সাথে কোন ধরণের প্রজেক্ট ম্যাচ না করে সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি পরবর্তী বছর সার্ভিসটি ফ্রি পাবেন।
সার্ভিস রিসিভার (নিয়োগকর্তা):
যেহেতু সার্ভিস রিসিভার সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি তে এখানে প্রজেক্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন, সেহেতু তিনি যদি প্রথমবার প্রজেক্ট পোস্ট করে সার্ভিস না পান, সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি পুনরায় ফ্রিতেই এখানে প্রজেক্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন।
মূল্য ফেরতঃ
মূল্য ফেরত বিষয়টি সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার ও সার্ভিস রিসিভার উভয়ের ক্ষেত্রে প্রযোজ্য।
সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার (কনসালটেন্ট / এজেন্সি):
সার্ভিস প্রোভাইডার এখানে পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন করার মাধ্যমে এক বছরের জন্য সার্ভিস প্রদানের সুযোগ পাচ্ছেন। যদি এক বছরে তাঁর সাথে কোন ধরণের প্রজেক্ট ম্যাচ না করে সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি পরবর্তী বছর সার্ভিসটি ফ্রি পাবেন। যেহেতু এটি প্রিপেইড সার্ভিস সেহেতু পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার সাথে সাথেই এখানে সার্ভিসটি সচল হবে। এছাড়াও, কমিশন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে যেকোন ধরণের অনাকাক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করলে আমরা বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করব।
সার্ভিস রিসিভার (নিয়োগকর্তা):
যেহেতু সার্ভিস রিসিভার সম্পূর্ণ ফ্রি তে এখানে প্রজেক্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন, সেহেতু তিনি যদি প্রথমবার প্রজেক্ট পোস্ট করে সার্ভিস না পা্ সেক্ষেত্রে তিনি পুনরায় ফ্রিতেই এখানে প্রজেক্ট পোস্ট করতে পারবেন। এছাড়াও, কমিশন পেমেন্টের ক্ষেত্রে যেকোন ধরণের অনাকাক্ষিত পরিস্থিতিতে আমাদের সাথে যোগাযোগ করলে আমরা বিষয়টি বিবেচনা করব।
HRFM.CO যেকোনো জালিয়াতির প্রচেষ্টা এবং ভুল তথ্যের ব্যাপারে কঠোর। আমাদের শর্তাবলী গণপ্রজাতন্ত্রী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত এবং নির্ণয় করা হয়। আপনি সম্মত হন যে, ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশে অবস্থিত আদালত, ট্রাইব্যুনাল এবং/অথবা আধা-বিচারিক সংস্থাগুলির এই চুক্তির অধীনে বাংলাদেশের অভ্যন্তরে উদ্ভূত যেকোন বিরোধের নিষ্পত্তি করার একচেটিয়া এখতিয়ার থাকবে। তাই এ ধরনের কোনো ঘটনা ঘটলে আমরা আইনি ব্যবস্থা নিতে পারি। সুতরাং, আমরা কোনো প্রতারণার প্রচেষ্টা বা ভুল তথ্যের জন্য কোনো সুযোগ রাখিনি যা ফেরত প্রদানের দিকে পরিচালিত করতে পারে।
Return and Refund Policy
HRFM.CO provides services. HRFM.CO does not sell any product. All our services are prepaid. As there is no product here, we cannot return any physical product. As HRFM.CO does not sell any product so, we do not have any return policy. We provide our services immediately after (prepaid) payment and the service provided are consumed immediately and are not subject to return as this is a service only. So, we do not have any refund policy. HRFM.CO is providing the details about the nonrefundable clauses below-
Firstly, after an agency/consultant has won the project bidding, a 1% fee of the total amount of money must be deposited to HRFM as commission. The money is nonrefundable in case of not fulfilling the job quality of the agency/consultant.
Secondly, after an agency/consultant has won the service/ project bid, a 1% fee of the total amount of the final bid must be deposited to HRFM as commission. The commission is nonrefundable.
HRFM.CO takes payment in two ways. One is Subscription fee from agencies/consultants. Another one is commission from agencies/ consultants/employers. These two payment systems are taken for providing service. This service is provided and consumed fully in online. This is a freelancing marketplace where we work as a bridge among the employers and agencies/consultants. The job quality of the agencies/consultants is not included in our service. As per this claim, HRFM.CO cannot provide any refund.
Delivery Period:
As HRFM offers a fully online-based pre-paid service, the service will be activated as soon as the payment is completed. Any unexpected circumstances may require a maximum of three (03) working days for the service to be activated.
Product Return:
Product Return sections is applicable for both service providers and service receivers.
Service Provider (Consultant/ Agency):
The service provider gets the opportunity to provide the service for one year by completing the payment here. If no project matches with him/ her in one year, he/she will get the service for free in the next year.
Service Receiver (Employer):
As the service receiver can post the project here completely for free, if s/he does not get the service after posting the project for the first time, s/he can post the project here again for free.
Refund:
Refund section is applicable for both service providers and service receivers.
Service Provider (Consultant/ Agency):
The service provider gets the opportunity to provide the service for one year by completing the payment here. If no project matches with him/her in one year, s/he will get the service for free in the next year. As this is a prepaid service, the service will be activated as soon as the payment is completed. In an addition, we will consider any unexpected circumstances regarding commission payment if they contact us.
Service Receiver (Employer):
As the service receiver can post the project here completely free, if s/he does not get the service after posting the project for the first time, s/he can post the project here again for free. In an addition, we will consider any unexpected circumstances regarding commission payment if they contact us.
HRFM.CO is strict about any fraud attempts and misinformation. Our terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The People's Republic of Bangladesh. You agree that, the courts, tribunals and/or quasi-judicial bodies located in Dhaka, Bangladesh shall have the exclusive jurisdiction on any dispute arising inside Bangladesh under this Agreement. So, we can take legal actions if such circumstances occur. So, we have not left any scope for any fraud attempts or misinformation which might lead to providing a refund.
